COMPREHENSIVE INTERIOR DESIGN
Comprehensive design of an apartment or house
As part of the comprehensive design, you receive:
- Site survey
- 3–4 functional layout proposals
- Photorealistic 3D visualisations of the complete design (including built-ins, wall finishes, lighting, and specific furnishings)
- A list of furnishings and materials used in the design (floors, doors, furniture, lighting, tiles, ceramics, etc.) with prices and seller details
- Technical documentation (layout of partition walls, flooring plans, ceiling plans, plumbing and electrical points, built-ins, custom furniture, and wall elevations with finishes, tiles, and cabinetry)
- Specification of finishing materials, paints, and lacquers
